What do you think of a "Clubs" section for you?

Although I am asking for your votes and opinions, I have kind of started working on this idea. I think it would be a great way to expand CU.
How about a "Clubs" section? A section for you, the member to start your own Club/Forums? For example, now that eBay shut down the neighborhood. Now a member can create a club titled "The eBay Neighborhood". In this club, the administrator can set it to allow members in by approval only, invitation with a private password and basically create their own and private or public community.
It is something still in the works and it will take some time but I would love to hear your opinions and suggestions along with what you would like to see on there.
